Negris Procurement and Construction Limited (NEPCON) is the construction and purchasing division of the Negris group and is responsible for all areas of the implementation of new projects. It handles the engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning aspects of Negris projects.

NEPCON has the experience, manpower, and equipment to handle a wide range of projects. It was established to boost Negris’ services to the oil and gas sector. Its primary functions are supply, installation, building, commissioning and maintenance of facilities. Some of its accomplishments include the following:

The company is now structured in such a way as to give optimum benefits to our clients. Such benefits include:

Design, Building & commissioning of the Shell Petroleum Development Company of Nigeria (SPDC)’s 27MW Gas Turbine Central Power Plant (CPP) and Compressor Station, located in Port Harcourt (Rivers State).
Power is transmitted from the station to the Residential Area (RA) via 5.5 kilometers of underground 11kv XLPE cable. Also installed is 5.5km of fibre optic cable for telemetry controls and future telecommunications use.
Installation and Commissioning of the SPDC 30MW Gas Turbine Bonny Crude Oil Terminal, located in Bonny Town, Rivers State. This plant provides base load power for the terminal operations, as well as servicing the power requirements of Bonny Town.
Installation of the 30MW Solar Gas Turbine power station and 33KV outdoor switching facilities for the Rivers State Government, located at Trans Amadi Industrial Layout, Port Harcourt (Rivers State).
Procurement and Provision of a 2No. Solar Turbine Mars 100 generator sets, and 2No. MP and 1No. LP compressor sets for Nigerian Agip Oil Company, at Idu flow station.
