PLANTATION
The mill has extensive Gmelina Arborea plantations enabling it to source 80% of fibre supplies locally. The balance 20% will be imported reinforcement pulp.


POWER PLANT
The mill is fully self sufficient in power and steam generation with the 66 MW Steam Turbine Plant. A natural gas supply pipeline is being installed. This will ensure that the power cost to the mill will be extremely competitive.


JETTY FACILITY
Okipp boasts of a functional jetty facility, which would serve as effective transportation means through the waterways for the company products and human resources. FARM TANK
The farm tank has a total capacity of 8.3 million litres. This would serve various storage purposes among which could be storage of petroleum products for petroleum marketing.

HOUSING ESTATE
It has over hundred residential buildings of various categories adequate for various cadres of staff.
